Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. Bourbon (you can also use Brandy, Scotch or rum as well)
2 Tbsp. Two Rivers Aged Dark Chocolate or Aged Cinnamon Pear Balsamic (you can also try any of the fruity white balsamics)
1/4 cup boiling hot water
Directions:
Coat the bottom of a mug with honey. Add the bourbon, balsamic and the juice of the lemon quarter. On the side, heat water in a tea kettle and then pour the steaming water into the glass and stir. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
