Ingredients
1 glass champagne or sparkling wine (like Prosecco)
1 tablespoon Two Rivers Aged Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar
Splash of sparkling water
4-6 fresh blueberries, for garnish
Fresh mint, for garnish
Fresh lemon slices, for garnish
Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions
Add a tablespoon of Seven Barrels Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar into a champagne flute, and pour champagne or sparkling wine to fill the glass ¾ full. Add a splash of sparkling water, fresh blueberries, mint leaves and lemon twist for garnish.
Makes 1 cocktail.
