- ½ pint fresh raspberries (reserving a few to freeze, if desired)
- 2 tablespoons Two Rivers Cascadian Wild Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4 ounces of raspberry vodka
- 2 ounces Triple Sec (or orange flavored liqueur)
- 1 lime, juiced

- Gently rinse and let raspberries air dry. Place a few in the freezer to garnish drink, if desired.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat combine Cascadian Wild Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar, sugar, and water. Remove from heat once sugar is dissolved; cool completely.
- Place raspberries and sugar mixture in a blender or food processor and process until completely blended. Strain mixture to remove the seeds.
- Add raspberry puree, vodka, Triple Sec, lime juice, and a handful of ice to a martini shaker. Shake well. Divide evenly among 2 martini glasses. Garnish with frozen raspberries.
