
Salad idea to pair with this dressing: Baby spinach (any baby greens will do), crunchy dried apple slices, fresh green apple or pear slices, goat cheese crumbles, almond slivers or walnuts, sunflower kernels, and cooked chicken.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chopped shallot
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1⁄2 cup Two Rivers Champagne Vinegar
1 1⁄2 cups your favorite Two Rivers EVOO
3⁄4 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
Whisk together in a medium bowl and enjoy!
