Spice it up with a Mexican favorite!
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Two Rivers Olive Oil Cilantro & Roasted Onion Olive Oil
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 Tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp.Two Rivers Olive Oil Jalapeno Balsamic Vinegar
- Place avocados and lime juice in a medium bowl and lightly mash with fork.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 3 hours.
