
Here’s a quick marinade for summer chicken grilling!
Ingredients
1/3 cup Two Rivers Fig Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried thyme
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp.Two Rivers EVOO, your choice
Whisk together the first five listed ingredients, and then marinate chicken breasts for 20 minutes. Heat grill and cook to desired doneness.
