Ingredients:
¼ c The Two Rivers Champagne Wine Vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1½ t Dijon mustard
2 T granulated sugar, as needed
½ t salt
¾ c The Two Rivers Blood Orange Olive Oil
Instructions
Place all ingredients except oil in a blender. Gradually increase speed from low to high. Once combined, slowly begin to add Blood Orange Olive Oil, until combined and smooth. NOTE: Delicious over greens or fruit!
