- 2 parsnips, julienned
- 2 tablespoons Two Rivers Olive Oil
- Sea salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Place the julienned parsnips on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges start to become browned and crispy.
