Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.
Use as a vinegar, or try as a condiment on dessert dishes such as fruit medley’s or super premium vanilla ice cream. Reduce to use as a syrup on waffles, pancakes or French toast.
