Description
Our Ultra Premium Denissimo Balsamico from Modena, Italy is made from White Trebbiano grape must which is naturally caramelized and extensively cooked to reduce water content. It is slightly longer than our 18 Year Traditional barrel aged balsamic, in five different wood casks including, mulberry, ash, oak, juniper, and cherry hardwoods. This exquisite and rare 1.36 density (~2 times as thick as our AGED Traditional 18-Year Balsamic) balsamic is extremely complex boasting flavor notes of cherry wood, dried fruits (raisins, figs) along with hints of dark chocolate and malt. Serve with your finest cheese plate, drizzle over fresh fruits, glaze meats and vegetables. PLEASE NOTE: VERY LIMITED SUPPLIES OF THIS RARE BALSAMIC ARE AVAILABLE.
