Our Tarragon White Balsamic Vinegar is bursting with the clean fresh herbal flavor of Tarragon. Use it to add a lovely anise flavor to salad dressings. It’s particularly amazing drizzled on roasted vegetables, and exquisite for deglazing a pan and making a pan sauce! Try it in your next béarnaise. Tarragon also pairs well with salmon, chicken (& chicken salad!), and vegetables – especially artichokes,fava beans, asparagus, and carrots. Use it in shrubs and mixed drinks such as a Sparkling Tarragon Balsamic Lemon Gin & Tonic! Endless possibilities… It pairs well with our Blood Orange, Lemon, and Black Pepper EVOOs.
