Simple and healthy for the new year!
- Various vegetables: Zucchini, Squash, Bell Pepper, Onion, Broccoli, Potatoes … your choice!
- Two Rivers Cilantro and Roasted Onion Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut vegetables and mix with a generous amount of Olive Oil.
- Spread out on a baking sheet and add salt and pepper.
- Cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
