Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- Dash of salt
- Dash of black pepper
Instructions:
Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. If you like a stronger lemon flavor, try our Two Rivers Fused Lemon Olive Oil. Or a stronger orange flavor, try the Two Rivers Blood Orange Olive Oil. You can taste before you add the juice to the mix depending on your own personal taste. Experiment! Refrigerate in an airtight container. Shake well before using.
