1 Lb. Steak Tips
2 Tbsp Two Rivers Dark Espresso Balsamic Vinegar Condimento
1 Tbsp Chipotle Powder
1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Two Rivers Garlic Olive Oil
- Combine the Chipotle spice, Dark Espresso Balsamic Vinegar and sea salt, blending well. Place steak tips in a bowl or large plastic bag with this mixture and allow to marinate one hour.
Pour the oil into a large sauté pan and bring to medium-high heat. Add steak tips with marinade and brown on all sides. Test for desired doneness.
Remove from heat and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Serve over whole grain rice pilaf.
